The following is a true story of a single mother working in a Call Center. She was a neighbor of mine and usually we get to ride together on a public transportation on our way home. I know very well that people with jobs like this usually don’t have normal lives as normal employees enjoy. And it’s an additional burden if you have kids and you’re a single mother in a Call Center. When she was still new to the job, I saw her really struggle. Restless, spent. That’s the normal face she bore. But as time passed by, after several months, I saw her gotten really fat. But I saw her happy as well. From that, I felt that people in Call Centers really go through tough times. And they deserve a neutralizing attention and regards.
